I love this recipe. It is one of my favorite summer recipes. It is low fat and low calorie, as well as good! I hope you like it! This recipe serves 4 and is very easy to make.
Bengal Seafood Salad
- 12 ounces crab meat
- 4 ounces cooked shrimp, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 cup finely sliced celery
- 3 ounces sliced water chestnuts
- 1 cup canned crushed pineapple--unsweetened
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tablesppons sunflower seeds
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
What I do is kick them in the pants with a diamond buckled shoe!
